Avoid doing this asana if you suffer from any of the following problems:
Carpal tunnel syndrome, high blood pressure, retinal detachment, fractured shoulder, weak eye capillaries, diarrhea.
3. Sarvangasana
Sarvangasana or shoulder position is a complete body function, which works on different muscle groups. It helps to improve your balance and posture. How to Do It:
Lie on your back against the wall and make a 90-degree angle with your legs. Then lift your buttocks down, use your hands for support, and balance your entire body with your shoulders.

4. Balasana

If you can rest your elbows on the floor, that is a bonus! Focus on your breathing and stay in place for 30 seconds to a minute.

If you suffer from diarrhea, a knee injury, severe neck or back pain, high blood pressure, vertigo, or a smooth disc, you should avoid this baby.
5. Sirsasana
Also known as a headstand, Sirsasana improves blood circulation to the scalp which helps reduce hair loss, hair loss, and coldness. This baby helps with the growth of new hair and prevents gray hair. It helps sleeping hair roots to reach their full growth potential and thus improves hair growth.
What you do:
Kneel, fold your fingers and place them behind your head. Now, calm down and touch your forehead. 6. Vajrasana

Stand up straight with your feet touching each other. Raise your arms, take a deep breath. Keep your arms straight without expelling air, bend forward. Try and touch the mat, if you are comfortable here, keep hugging your knees, bending your head down all the time. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds. This baby yoga may take a few practice sessions to become a professional. Do not forget to exhale while waking up.

Avoid getting used to this baby, if you have a low back injury or an injury to the joint area of the knee or ankle.
8. Matsyasana
Popularly known as the fish pose, this is among the most effective and famous asanas for strong, long, and healthy hair. It is very easy to get used to and can be done at home quickly without the need for equipment, like the other situations mentioned above. This baby yoga is known to relieve many hair problems by practicing it daily.
How to Do It:
To do this baby, lie on your back and bend your knees in the middle, as you do when you sit with your legs amputated. Now, place your hands near your hips with your palms facing down. Now, stand up by including your context but make sure your head still touches the floor. Your neck should bend completely. Stretch as far as possible and hold for 15-30 seconds.
